My fiance bought two units one for himself and one for me. Both Pc's has being served by techs. His pc came with a bad cd burner. Later on December 24 he bought my system and this pc has being nothing but trouble. I had a bad hardrive, bad fan, bad power switch. You name it and this pc has being nothing but trouble. I called for in house service while the pc was on guarantee and they send the label to be return for an in house service.in less than one year the pc has being serve 3 times. Now I called back on January after they supposely fixed the system in Minnesota and the system came back worst. I can't restore the pc to its original factory settings because who ever service the pc delete the restore program on it. Today I call the company and the Technical support couldn't give me a good explanation as to why they haven't send the label for the pc to be sent for the 3rd time to in house service.

They tell me I have to renew the Extended guaranty which it cost 283 dollars. What are this thiefs are thinking? I need someone to help me they don't want to replace my system and still no label to send the pc for another service. I want the State attorney or someone that can help me get a new System or the money back. Thanks to ripp-off report i found out what kind of rip off is viscom technology is. Nbc should stop this situation.
