Rip off bad services dishonest

In June I have problem with my cesspool I called Bay Area to give me a pump. They gave me a service and It cost me $277 then 2 month later (August) my cesspool got fill up again, I called them back they pumped again and asked me to pay them.

I refused to pay since They didnot do a good job at the first time. I tried to call the owner and left few messages with him but he never return my calls back.

Now it is November I got stuck with overflow cesspool. I called the company again and try to resolved the problem but the owner stated that he did not service in my area any more and asked me to call another company.
