Booker & Associates ripoff political corruption

This incident happend about 3 years ago, i have been searching the internet for the past 3 years trying to find someone else who has been what i have been through. I was always told by my mother that "there is nothing new under the sun, just new to you", but so far i have failed to find anything close to what i have been through, so here goes:

About 3 years ago (i dont have the file in front of me so for right now i am giving estimations) my son was dating an older woman i'll say around early 30s, my son at the time was about 22. They started to date around september of 1999. My entire family took a xmas cruise to the bahamas for the holdays. Two days before we were to leave she decided to give my son a top of the line stero system, $500.00, a 3 carat diamond ring an asked my son to marry her, she gave my daughter a pair of diamond earrings, my mother a crystal serving dish, and she gave me a 32 inch color tv. Well to say the least i was taken aback by all of this and informed her that we could not accept her gifts, well she began to beg and plead that we take the gifts. Well at the time my mind was the trip and in told her and my son that we would discuss it futher after we returned from our cruise. Well two days after we returned from the cruise i received a phone call from this woman saying that my son turned down her proposal and that we had to returned everything that she had given us.

Well i informed her that that was alright and that i did not feel comfortable with the items and that she was more that welcome to come and pick everything up that was delivered to our home (this is were hhgreg came into the picture, they were the store were she had purchased the stero and tv), all of a sudden hhgreg started coming by my home while i was at work to pick up the items, they came by three times and every time that they would leave a note on the door i would contact them and tell them that i would not be home until after 5:00pm and that they could pick up the items.

Well that keep coming to my home while i was at work. Well a couple of days passed by i received a letter from an attorney by the name of Cyrus Booker, that stated that my son and my self were being sued by this womand (tanya reed.

Well i contact him and told him that the items were be returned to tany reed but for some reason hhgreg and ms. Reed would never show up at the time that we would arrange. After several letters i finally contacted ms. Reeds family, at the the time she was seperated from her estrange husband who had custody of her children, well after speaking with him he informs me that he had confronted my son and told him that he better stay away from ms. Reed becasue after he found out what she was involved in he filed for divorse (he would not elaborate as to what she was up to, but he did say that he could no longer be involed with her and had taken an order of protection out against her).

After questioning my son i find ought that ms. Reed, cyrus booker and others had just ran the same scam on one of his friends. It seems that she had just completed the same scam but it involved an automobile, the young man returned the car but she and attoney booker filed a civil case against him and recived an $15,000.00 judgement against him after he returned the car. Well after hearing that i contacted my attorney and informed him what had transpired so far, he informed me that i should not release the items without witness and to take picturs of everything that she bought and to get the serial numbers off of all the items and then make arrangement to have them pick it up. Well when i informed attorney booker, and ms. Reed of this the next day there is an private detective at my door with a uniformed police officer handing me a copy of a civil warrent saying he was there to pick up the items.

Well, i justed freaked i told him that arrangement were being made so that the items could be picked up properly, thats when the uniformed police officer spoke up and said that if i did not give the private det. That items right then that they were going to garnish my check. I told them with out a witness i would not let the items go. I called my attorney and told him what had happen and that when he informed me that since they had filed a civil actions that i should only release the items to the sherrif. Well that following monday the sheriff office contacts and informs me that he was to pick pick up the items that were listed on the warrent, well after checking the warrent to make sure that the serial numbers match the items, well none of the numbers matched and the brand names were not correct. I informed the sherrif that nothing matched the warrent and that i was not releasing anything until i sooke with a judge. He said that he would leave the civil warrent in my mail box and set a court date. Well while all of this was going on i was contacting hhgreg,

Finally the store and the regional office would not take my phone calls and said that i had to speak with cyrus booker. Something was wrong, so i sent a cerified returned recp. Letter to the president of hhgreeg. While i was waiting for a response from them i went to county clerks office to get a copy of the warrent from them there wasnt any records of this case on file the, now you have to understand i had the original warrent in my person, when i showed it to the clerk she tried to take it away from me.

But i would not let her have it. The day befor the court i received a letter from the president of hhgreg saying that they had never hired cyrus booker to represent them. When we went to court the clerk that sits next to the judge said that the case had been dismissed and why were we there. Needles to say i was very upset about this whole situation and that the fact that these people are using the legal systesm to run scams, when i contact the DA's office about filing charges against these people they told me that they were not going to let me use their office to seek revenge on cyrus booker or tonya reeed (ms reed is best friends with one of the assistants in the DA's office). Now this is just the tip of the ice as to everything that went on. There is an neswpaper in nashville that is wanting to run the story but before i give it to them i am wanting to find out if this is really goes on.

Basiclly, what they are doing is there is a group of women that work with cyrus booker they date younger men and give the gifts after a couple of months they ask for the items back, these young men give the items back, but cyrus booker files civil cases against these individuals and for some strange reason after the items are returned they get an judgement against these young men and start ganishing there pay checks.

I have been silient for three years i have heard that they are still running these scams and what bothers me the most is that these are african american people prying on there on people. Dont get me wrong i'm sure that this has happened to other races but for these individuals to pry on these young people, poor, and or un educated is ashame. If anyone has ever heard and anything like this going on in other cities please let me know asap.
