Global FAS is a crappy company! They know nothing about Financial Aid or how Financial Aid works. They make colleges write off money because of their own incompetence and then want to turn around and point the finger at someone else. They are a completely incompetent company with crappy policies and procedures!!! The company's Client Division Services II seems to be the most incompetent part of the company, led by a monkey that likes to make excuses instead of resolution.
