Rip off fraudulent billing practices product does not work

The phone attendants do not make it clear that they are signing you up for a monthly auto ship. They did tell me if i was not intersested in the coupon memberships they were enrolling me in i could cancel them within 48 hours. She then gave me a number to call to cancel then which I called imediatley.

I was told it would not be in the system for 48 hours and to call back, Which I did and was removed from their memberships. I did recieve the sample of the product and was very dissappointed in it. It wasn't until 3 days later I noticed a charge for 59.95 on my credit card. I called the 800 number only to be given a runaround.

The Lady on the other end of the line was very arrogant and said I had agree to the auto ship monthly of their produt. I disputed it and she replied that all call were recorded and that I could fight it but would do me no good. I asked to hear the recording and she said she could not access it right then.

I said that I would just call my bank and stop payment. She said she would make a note of that and It would take 6 to 8 weeks for a review and then I would loose anyway and be out for the stop payment and still have to get an RMA number to return the product.

Then it would take 3 weeks from their reciept of the un opened product to get a credit back on my account. I did take the RMA and have sent the product back and am waiting. I sas never informed of the auto ship membership of the product.

This is truly bad business practices and are playing on the principal of once we have you with the free sample we can take you for all we can until you catch us.
