Rip-off, dishonest fraudulent billing my Business Checking Account

IMS has been taking $19.50 each month for credit card billing for an Specialty Merchandise Corporation web-site set up as "rjaysmarketing.com": set up in Nov. 2005 and closed by SMC on June 4.

I have made several phone calls to stop them from collecting $19.50 each month since June 4. I had my bank fax a reply to a sstephans@818-301-3060 as per telecon on 10-06.

I called again a week later and the person did not know any one by S-Stephans or S-Stethnes I may have not gotten the correct spelling but was still sent to IMS Innovative Merchants Solutions also known as General Innovative Gateway at Contact@Innovativegateway.com... No reply from them in a month

Todate they owe me $118.00 taken fraudently as there is no web site that would require a gateway to credit card transactions and no way to get them to stop taking my funds, except I closed my checking account.
