Ripoff charges a ridiculous termination fee that I did NOT agree to

I signed up to use innovative gateway solutions through a third party company. When I went to cancel because we shut down our business, I got a bill for $395 termination fee??? Since when should one be charged $395 for NOT doing business anymore?

I had a lady from igs call me today and ask me to pay. I told her this was a very high fee for no reason. She told me I agreed to it in my contract. I did NOT agree to pay a $395 termination fee in any contract. She said she had my IP address to prove that I agreed to it. I don't have a static IP address.

How do I know the online terms wasn't electronically changed? If a company has no ethical problems charging someone $395 to not do business anymore, than I am sure they wouldn't have a problem changing or creating proof that one actually agreed to that rip off.

Here are the points:
1.innovative Gateway is trying to drain people with that silly termincation fee. This is a great way to loose returning customers or never get them. I'll be sure to never allow anyone I know to use them.

2. I NEVER agreed to this rip off

3. I believe that IF they can produce anything that looks like I agreed - then it HAS TO BE FRAUDULENT/FAKE/MADE-UP

4. I will not be bullied into paying this rip off fee. There is a term for what Innovative is trying to do. It's called EXTORTION (look up the definition on websters.com)

5. We should all ban together and consider a CLASS ACTION SUIT.

I've seen the reply that Innovative has given on other similar cases on this site. Her reply is FALSE. So far, I've searched the internet and found three different versions of their "contract" on other sites. Only one mentions the termination fee.

This is an absolute scam.innovative should be ashamed to call themselves a business.
