Ripoff and unauthorized use of credit card

I saw the ad for CigArrest to try their product for the low, low shipping and handling price of $6.95. I wanted to quit smoking so I sent for it.

Well, as usual, I checked my balance online yesterday and saw that my available credit was off by $99.85.
I checked back this morning online and lo and behold, I saw a charge from CigArrest for $99.85.

Too late, I came to this site and WOW, I saw the same complaint over and over again.
