Ripoff scam try to get you to send them money for lotto winnings

Well i was supposed to have won the spain lotto that i did not even enter how ironic but anyway i thought what the heck i would call them (in spain no less). Well one guy tells me i dont need to send any thing they just need to verify who i am so they can send my check. Then i have to call some other number and then he tells me i need to send $2750.00 to get my money (well sorry no can do for one i am all ready broke and i dont have that kindof money just floting around if i did i wouldn't be writing this i would be sitting on the beach!!!)

Then they wanted to cut a deal with me. They would loan me the $2750.00 for a small fee and when i got the check i was to cash it and send them the cash as soon as i can. Well then i told them sure after i held the check for 30 days so that i new it would clear the bank (so i would not have to pay my bank that money back just covering my butt or got smart not sure what one at this point). Well all in all they are not real happy with me at this point and hung up on me (guess they thought i was going to fall in to there trap oh well hope someone else dont fall for it)
