Dishonest Fraudulent Billing ripoff

I request validation in writing certify mail receipt return back in July and in September verbal request none received VOD. Calvarys has never sent any valid proof that this account belong to me. I have spoken with several collection agents at this firm confirming the received of the Validation of debts requests. I have request several investigations with all 3 credit bureau concerning this matter only to receive the accuracies reporting (remain) status.

Calvary Portfolio reported this account was open back in March with outstanding balance $1300.00 from original creditor Cingular Wireless; I haven't been notify of the debt in writing before. According to the FDCPA the CA must provide to the consumer request within 30days with valid proof no printout of records is not valid.

I do understand under the FCRA any "furnisher of information" must put the account rating on hold while the debt is being investigated. Continuing to report this disputed debt to my credit reports is a FCRA violation.
