Ripoff continued to take money but didn't send product

I ordered products from the company and they sent the first order I made. They continued to take money from mmy account but sent no more product.
I called several tiems but could neveer speak to a real person and when I tried to send an email to cancel my order, the email address did not appear to be correct.
I finally let a message on the phone and they continue to take money from my account but don't send anymore of the product.
I don't want anymore of the product, but I don't want anymore money taken from my account either.
