Ripoff, billed me without my knowledge or consent for something i didn't ask for Internet

There was a charge to my bank account of $1.00, and I wasn't that pissed about it. But I just checked my statement, and now they've charged $6.95 to my account without my consent! I don't know how they got my card number or how they can bill my account without my knowledge, but it's really pissing me off.
