Ripoff

USA CREDIT is a scam and a rip off.

Once on their website in tiny print shows a charge for $149.95 that will be taken from your bank account.

After submitting all my information I noticed the fine print $149.95 charge. I immediately clicked off the site and didn't go any further. Well apparently I went far enough because low and behold a few days later I received notification from my bank of a $149.95 debit to USA Credit.

I called my bank and disputed. They told me it would be 7-10 before I heard anything. I then called USA Credit and faught for my refund. They tried to only give me a portion, due to some processing fees and crap. I informed them I would contact my lawyer, BBB and the media. They then agreed to refund the entire $149.95.

Today I get a call informing me I now owe them $149.95 because they credited my account and the bank did too.

I informed the supervisor Christine Chaney that I was in the process of filing bankruptcy and would be happy to add her name to the list. She then began to preach to me that she wasn't a collection agency and I owed her the money. It isn't covered under bankruptcy and so on... I told her I would call my attorney and if he told me that her information was correct we could proceed from there. She continued on trying to convince me that she was right. I continued to stand my ground and told her she would hear from me after I talked to my attorney and she then requested I have the attorney call her, to which I replied no problem and good-bye.

I am awaiting my attorneys response.

Either way this company is horrible. Not only did the debit cause my account to go negative I was charged $75 in fees due to the debit!!! Now they say I owe them and I never asked for the junk in the first place!
