Thank you to everyone who submitted a complaint! I was just about to order two pairs of Fleece Lined Slippers when I came across this terrific Web site (i.E. Usacomplaints.com). Needless to say I didn't order anything; as a matter of fact, I sent the company an email explaining how they lost my business.
