Cheap, Ripoff, Dishonest, Poor Customer Service

Kabetz Designs are flawed, cheap and of poor quality. The jewelry piece I purchased fell apart, spewing beads every where, after wearing only one time. The customer service is null at Kabetz Designs. After several attempts to have the piece fixed with no positive results, I asked for a refund. I was told numerous times that the check was in the mail. Never received the check and when I finally was in contact with Kabetz Design I was told that they will not take anymore funds from the charity or their personal funds and was told they have a "All Sales are Final" business for the fact it is for charity"

There are other charities (if this is a legitimate charity) that are more reputable that I will use in the future. Don't waste your time on this one!
