Ripoff, this company is harassing me to buy their product, just because I asked the price

I called this company back on June to ask the price of the English course they offer. They do not tell you the price, they just asked me for my name and phone number and a rep will call me back with the information. No call is recd, then I called back again that I just needed the price nothing else, because it was for someone else.

Called was not received I forgot about it, then a month later I received a call back to offer me the product. The rep called Albert told me that price was over 2,000. I told him I was not interested anyway the person who wanted the course was not in the country anymore. He offered me discounts, but I told him that I was not interested.

Now they keep on calling me that I have to buy the product, because it was reserved for me. I have never even promise to buy it, the only information I provide was my Name and phone #. They are threating to report me to the credit agencies and that I have to buy the product, because I asked for the price. They are recognize for Univision a big spanish chanel that joined NBC.

Should I report them some where else? I do not want to receive more calls. Can they report me to the credit agencies? I have never provide them with my personal information.
