My husband David, had a capital one credit card Before we were married in 2004. He paid it off in full. Tore Up the Card
Now they say he owes over 300.00!! For What??? They charge a fee for carrying their card. But he has no card!!! Something is wrong about this picture. Capital One is a Rip off along with all other credit card companies.
