I too was a victim of these morons. They tape conversations only AFTER you've said the most important part of the conversation. I have had numerous fights with these people due to harassment. Sent them letters, told them I stop sending me the magazines.

They called constantly, Threatened my mother when she got on the phone and then when I talk to MS. Rich just now. About all the complaints I have read about the company. Some how she thought bringing George Bush into the conversation made sense.

After I made her play back the tapes of our conversations, half of the stuff I discussed with a certain Mike Davis, a) I couldnt even understand him and b) he started the recording AFTER I told him that what he is telling me now is different from what he told me the first time.

At this point, my mother and I threatened to take them to court after Ms. Rich told me I was disrespectful and young enough to be her daughter (I'm 25) and she wanted to talk to my mother. I told her I was not being disrespectful and that she was wrong and I was not settling.

So as of now, if she continues to call, we will be going to court. If any of you would like to join the fight to get API closed down for good, why this supposed "company" hasn't been yet is beyond me, please let me know. Because I refuse to put up with it anymore. Enough is enough.
