American Recovery Systems, Inc Cindy Gould, Cole Phil Harass, Lie, Deceit, They are the worst people I have ever had to deal with in my life

This company is claiming that my husband owes a credit card bill and they are trying to collect for that company. They continue to call and harass myself and my children. Yesterday Mr. Cole Phil called 3 times within a 10 minute period and hung up on me twice.

He threatened to "push a button" and freeze every assett we have so that my children would not have a home to live in and I wouldn't even be able to go to the "corner store to buy a loaf of bread". He was mean and nasty and continued to yell at me while I was trying to explain that my husband was out of town. He called me a liar and many other names.

Ms. Cindy Gould is just downright rude as well. We have had continued contact and harassment from her. She will call and put words into my mouth. ONce she called and wanted to know who I was. I said the wife and she said a friend. Then she said okay so is it wife or friend? Which are you? I told her that I said wife and she said friend. She told me that there was a court date set up for my husband and that since he was out of town I would have to attend. She gave me the date of March 6 which is around the corner. When I spoke to my husband this morning and let him know what they had done he called the agency. He spoke with Ms. Gould and let her know he would be taping the conversation. She denied having talked to me yesterday and acted like she didn't know anything of a court date and turned it around to sound like my husband was giving her a court date. Then she said she would not consent to being taped and hung up the phone on my husband.

We also have a recording of Ms. Gould where she called my husbands cell phone and forgot to hang up her phone while she was calling us every name in the book including "white trash" and "Mother F - ". She is very rude and disrespectful and they are all a bunch of liars.

Tomorrow we are sending them letters to not call us anymore. I have never had to deal with this before in my life and I think these people need to get reported. Not just by myself. I did report them, but by anyone else who has had to encounter thier rude and harassing phone conversations. They are awful people
