Another Victim ripoff Saint George Utah

I've read the other entries and, like them, upon payment of shipping and handling (in my case, $3.97), I was promised a CD to help me obtain information on home improvement grants. Also like the other entries, I'm still waiting a month later for my CD. I realized now that I've become a victim.

While my total amount taken has not reached $100, I'm taking the appropriate steps to prevent the further enrichment of a dishonest person's pocket.

I can only hope that this Ryan person is finally stopped so that there are no more victims.
