Failure to pay wages, illegal termination of contract ripoff

After teaching at Celebration Academy for three years, my contract was not renewed for 2007. When I left at the end to the school year 31 May I was owed about $5600 in back pay for work already done. I received about $2200.
On 23 June I received an email saying I would not receive more pay because I had violated the "contract's non-compete clause." I will be happy to post the entire contract, which does not contain a non-compete clause. I did start a small school in order to carry on my livelihood.
Kent Nielson, Tamara Nielson, and ALtha Nielson (owners of Celebration Academy) made intimidating phone calls to families who supported me.
The Nielsons have also refused to refund money collected by them under false pretences. Several families enrolled children at the school in the belief that I, the special education teacher, would be on staff for 2007.
