Retaliation & False Reporting

My son was placed on the waiting list for Connections Academy. Two months later he was granted enrollment. I told the school I could not get the internet yet. I received an e-mail from the school stating that my son's enrollment was placed "on hold" until we could move from our roach infested home and also get the internet. However, the school continued to assign my son work. A cop showed up without a warrant when I was at work one day, and entered my home without my consent. He called me at work and asked me why my son wasn't in school. I told him my son is registered for homeschool through the state. Since the beginning of the school year, and I sent the documentation to the cop. Over Christmas I sent Caroline Wood a complaint that my son was falsely reported as truant and that her teachers were listing my son as seriously delinguent, assigning him school work even though his enrollment had been "on hold." Caroline Wood immediately dismissed my son from the school in retaliation for my complaint.

Now I am receiving ridiculous assertions in e-mails from her, saying that I should have withdrawn my son, that he was "dual enrolled" in homeschool and her school, that it was my responsibility to get the internet— while she disregards the fact that my evidence clearly proves Connections Academy falsely reported my son and falsified evidence to support that report. I am being told to re-apply and get placed on the waiting list again, even though my son was ready to begin studies after Christmas Break. He was refused a free and appropriate education by Connections Academy for the sole purpose of defending the lies of the school.
