Stolen Money from Savings Account, phoney Debit Card issued Rip-off

Debit Card / Fraud / Perjury Liberty Union Bank EDP Reporting

Hi my name is David. $ 159.95 was taken out of my Savings Account from my Federal Credit Union immediately, and without my permission at all, for a Debit Card that does not even work. I attempted to call Liberty Union Bank / edp reporting frequently and on a daily routine, to include e-mail notifications via computer through their Web Site.

They do not answer the toll free numbers and their direct numbers to include their e-mail via their Web Site. I was told on 09-06 @ approx 9:00 am Mountain Standard Time that the Debit Card is cancelled within one month when not used. I was also told by the Operator Valeska that a montly charge of $13.00 is owed every month, and that additional monies have to put on the Debit Card for the consumer to be able to use the card. So, you then have to mail a monthly fee of $13.00 dollars not to include additional money to be sent to this company for the consumer to be able to use the card at all.

I hope that you may be able to help, I feel that innocent hard working and retired consumers have been getting ripped off, and nothing is being done, about this.

I feel this is a Federal Crime, and that these individuals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Consumers need to be protected form crimes like these and other violations they committ, and hurt innocent people. Thank you for your time, and patience.
