Repeated unauthorized charges to credit card

It appears I am one more in a long line of victims of this companies criminal practices. Like everyone else who reported this company, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card for $11.99 titled UMG Buyers Edge. I called my bank and was given the number to the company and called. I demanded my money be refunded and they told me they could return all but a couple of dollars, which they said was some sort of "fee", claiming I had signed up for some service of theirs. I let it go, as it was so little money, until the very next month when I received 2 charges for $19.95 each, both titled UMG Buyers Edge. This time I searched "UMG Buyers Edge" on google, and found pages and pages of results for web sites like this one where consumers had filed complaints against this company. I printed several of them, and took them to my bank (my card is a Visa check card from my bank). The person at the bank actually recognized the name of the company, and said she believed they were already initiating SEVERAL investigations into this company from other bank patrons who had the same problem. They had me cancel my card, and promised to refund the money to me in the next few days.

Further research into this company led me to an FTC release about this company committing fraud by promising to protect people's accounts against the Y2K bug in the late 90's. Unbelievable. These people have been stealing from us for at least 7 years now. I called them several times just to let them know what I think about their "business", and every time they were begging over and over to get my information so they could "look into it." Each time I said "no thank you, I already know what you do with peoples information".
