Golden Eagle ripoff

I singed up with this company golden eagle, and I told them that I wanted to start in 3 months and I will tell them when to conect the machine. But they start bill me from that moment with out waiting for one second. That happened one year ago, and I never call them to activate the machine or use the machine once. I need some help here to do something about it.
