Ripoff and very misleading

I own 15,000 points and have never been able to make reservations at any resort that I desired in the USA, even though I called months before the desired date. When I deposited 2 weeks worth of points with RCI for a vacation in Italy in the fall of I was told that nothing was available and that I would have a million in one chance that a cancellation would occur.

Whenever I call for assistance, no one can ghelp if they can be reached at all. I can't sell the points for anything close to what I paid and I will probably have to sell at a large loss and take a tax credit over a number of years.
