Ripoff by shipping unwanted product without me giving them my credit card info. Do they have that info? Then did ship the product. Now what?

Unwanted high pressure sales call despite my listing on the "Do Not Call. Gov" list. Wife was told I had requested information. My wife said she doubted that I made such a request. She refused to order and refused to provide Credit Card Information. Product was delivered by UPS. Package and envoice has not been opened.

Now what? Do they have my credit card information? How can these people be stopped?
