Scam, nonfunctional devices, unethical, liar, no clients

Navitag charged my company Distrisat
(satellite tracking) $10.000 to provide a field trial and demonstrate the navitag functionality, as we were planning to get the Ecuatorian Government
Authorization to become a service provider for in transit visibility.

So much time, has gone by with innumerous excuses from navitag on why it cannot provide the contracted services. We have also demanded his only known member, Scott Silva to give us a client list which he never did,
although he claims that he has sold thousands of units among clients.

He convinced me to represent navitag; for this, he
asked for an extra $140.000 which I almost wire transferred, but a few days before the transfer, we where alerted by a company from Costa Rica
that had been victims of this company elaborate scam.

I have demanded navitag to reimburse our money with out any result. We are afraid this individual has developed a complex strategy to charge companies amounts
of money in which a legal action is not likely, like in our case, but we feel important to submit a complaint of this activities which may be affecting many other people and companies.

Navitag mixes facts with lies; as they do have a patent, but no clients, it has a prototype but no product, a legal company but no offices or employees.

This company has caused us serious problems towards our reputation since we acquired compromises to provide solutions from private companies to governmental
agencies in Ecuador which we where unable to comply with. This has caused a terrible damage to our business and our reputation.
