NaviTag Technologies defective product, doesn't work, fraudulent billing, dishonest, ripoff

I represent a Central American Group that is going trough a serious commercial set-back because of NaviTag Technologies Inc. And their President and CEO R. Scott Silva questionable, irresponsible and unprofessional practices.

This individual collected from our company (USD $100.000,00) to deliver us the product he advertises within a time frame as per a contract signed by both parties. 3 months have gone by since due date, and no product has been delivered.

No matter how much we have tried to contact R. Scott Silva or anyone in NaviTag over these months, no one answers the phone calls, nor replies our e-mails, faxes or even couriers sent.

We have learned that R. Scott Silva is owing Bleck Design Group a sum of $30.000,00 as told to us by James Bleck the President of the company.

We have also identified a company in Ecuador who's owner, informed us that NaviTag has not charged them for products a sum of $10.000,00 and was triying to get up to $150.000,00 from them until we located them and unmasked this individual procedures.

This company has NO commercial activity, No clients, and No products.
