Sweep 'n Mop - Fosdick Corporation
Total ripoff

I ordered the Sweep 'n Mop product online. It arrived a couple of days later (cost: $49.60 for two mops and six replacement mopheads).

It took more than 45 minutes to soak the mophead in water before it was softened enough to use. When I started using it on my hardwood floor, it broke within five minutes.

I sent it back (at an added cost of $7.65) with a letter demanding a refund; the company refunded me $10, making their profit $39.60 off of me alone; imagine what their profit must be off everyone else who has been duped!!!

I have written to the Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut Attorney General's office, but have gotten no satisfaction. I will never order anything else online again (this was my first experience... And NOT a good one!).
