Ripoff

According to the TV ad, they charge $10 for the first mop and you get the second mop free and you get mop heads for life free. When I got my bill it totaled $78.00. I received the two mops and six mop heads that where supposed to last me for life. I called the company to ask about the charges and was told that the rest of the money was shipping charges. They charged me $28.00 for the first mop because they sent me the deluxe module even though I did not order it, they charged $3.00 a piece for the six mop heads for shipping charges and they were in a box together and when we shipped them back it cost $4.00 and supposed the rest of the money was shipping charges for the two mops which equalled $32.00. As far as I am concerned, this was a rip off as the mops were not worth it and charging $3.00 a piece shipping when you put them all in one box was stupid. They are making tons of money off a $10 dollar mop that supposedly has a lot of freebees with it. To send both boxes back it cost us a total of $12.00. So tell me if they are not making tons of money of the unwary consumer.
