Hpfjobs.com ripoff 10 % fee required waste of time not a free service to job seekers as they claim

This starts with a phone call saying that they are interested in you, and they have an executive position that matches your credentials. They claim that they work with a list of organizations that pay them an annual fee regardless of how many position they fill for them...

The bottom line is, if you go with their plan you discover that must pay them around 10% of your annual salary.

30% is due before you get hired. The rest would be due latter.
They are willing to work out some kind of payment plan. They take credit card...

What upsets me about this rip-off is that

1) They do not tell you they charge a 10% fee up front.

2) Their claim of getting paid by the employer is not totally true. You must pay them about 3% of what they think your annual salary should be, upfront

3) I discovered what they said about having a position that matches my credential was not true. Latter the tone changed to " I think we can market you!"

4) You do not get the direct phone number of your contact at HiProfile. Every time you call, you get the secretary who always ask you if you would like to leave a voice mail or a message.

I told the gentlemen I was interviewing with "Bill W" that I do not mind paying them the amount they are asking for after I get hired, but they are not willing to take the risk.

A smart not not an honest way of making money = Rip-off
