Ripoff, long process and fradulent phone contact when trying to contact about said item to be received

Hi i'm a victim of kensington assistance agency and really felt that this was to true to be real. Anyway i participated in this scam and now i have nothing from them yet.

I've tried to contact the bbb of ny about this situation and have not received data from them yet. So now i have been led in this direction and hope that justice will prevail for i work to hard just to give away $299.97. Please if someone can help me i still have all the important paperwork that was sent and the person name who gave me the interview and just factual important things needed to bring them down, so no one else have to go through this nonsense.
