Video Professor, can not send back cd's for refund. Authorization number needed to mail, phone tag, e-mail messages ignored Ripoff

Ordering Buy and Sell on ebay cd's, get three to try and can send one back within ten days and pay nothing but shipping.

Wanted to send disk one back did not want to be charged 79.00 for simple instructions most already knew. Thinking about getting something else instead for 79.00.

Called several time their customer service line. People always busy, used their email and left a message needed authorization number. Waited 4 days still no number. Now 10 days are passed.
