Rips businesses off by declaring fraudulant charge backs with Paypal ripoff

Over a two month time frame we provided I. T services, consulting, training, and networking equipent and repairs. We accepted Paypal as payment. As job was nearing end the owner (Brad) calls Paypal and says that he did not make these charges and says they are fraudulant when in fact they are not.
