Integra Scan (National Data Research) is the joke company of all background checks. First off the front page clearly reads 100% money back guarantee, but once you get to the terms, the policy then reads NO MONEY BACK... PERIOD!

After the web page showing me that infor was available, I paid for the service. After 10 seconds (and I mean only 10 seconds) the search was complete and gave me a blank page saying nothing was available! Huh???

Ok, so I kindly asked for them to do a second search (knowing this individual has a fairly long criminal record) or if they would refund as stated 100% money back guarantee.

Thier response was not only unpleasent, but rudely stated no refunds and that I was responsible for using them when they don't offer for the state I was inquiring of, even though it was clearly posted on their website.

Seems they might be using old phone book records to find names, etc... Making you think they have info on a person when in fact they do not!
