Is a fraudulent rip-off scam. Abused & mistreated by rude & unprofessional people

I tried to incorporate my company through Incorporate.com and it was the most unprofessional and painful situation imaginable!

It started out with the agent laughing hysterically with her colleague while she was on the phone with me (Dianne), when I was in a hurry and trying to find out the status of my order.

I was informed that the company name I was trying to register was unavailable and to select a new one. This turned out not to be correct, I later determined through my own research.

Dianne said she would follow up with me and never did. She called me on two occasions, not knowing who I was, not having any of my details and made me feel lost in the system.

After a week of nothing, I phoned to cancel my order and was put through to Mary who told me that they had done everything professionally and, in her words, "I'm not here to be your psychologist".

I was shocked! I tried to find out who the CEO was, to report this abusive treatment and came through to a man (name not disclosed to me) who said "You are a f*ing bitch" and hung up on me, before I even said a word!

I am appauled and do not know what recourse is available to me. All I know is I feel utterly humiliated, cheated and battered after this experience. All I wanted was to incorporate my company and to have a chance to making a living for myself and my dependents. I didn't ask for this.

For any of you considering doing business with Incorporate.com, think again. It just isn't worth the pain or expense.
