Ripoff

Two emails were sent on July 15 and 16 stating:
Dear PayPal Member, This email confirms that you have paid LWPELECTRONICS (sales@wpelectronics.com) $474.99 USD using Pay Pal. This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL LWPELCETRONICS*)
For a Brand New Nokia 8800 Cell phone

There is a place to dispute transaction. When you go into the next screen it askes for your email address and password. It will take you to the next screen without a password. Then it askes for the card you want the amount to be taken off of... Which I'm assuming goes to Bill Chang.

Unfortunately, we did not catch on and gave Bill Chang our information including card number, 4 digit code, and social security number. We called our credit card company and did alert them and cancelled our account with Pay Pal.
