I entered into a contract with him to do mailings for a promotional weight loss program. As per Indiana law a consumer has the right to cancel within 3 days. He does not honor this and processes their checks and creates a monthly withdrawal to pay for the cost of the wieght loss program for which the consumer has already declined.

With the contract, I get a percentage of the money from the contracts and the consumer uses my club for the services.

I had to personally return 2 resigration fees or risk law suits from the consumers. I was told by Brian I would be reimbursed, but he still has not reimbursed me. He was also to confirm that the consumer contracts were canceled, but he has yet to confirm.
