Fired, harrased, insulted, threatened, bullied ripoff

This company has got to be one the worst in terms of harassing, insulting and cheating there employees on there pay

I had a friend who worked for them for about 4 years and was fired after his new boss was the successful applicant for a job he applied for before the new boss came he had a great performance review and after lets say it went to hell real quick. He was fired for not being at work when he went to make a deposit at the bank. He thinks the person who accused him of this, marla brown lied about it all. She had been harrasing all the facilty managers after she got this job.

After being a manager of a facilty for a year and before that being a janitor for them in prescott arizona one the biggest jerks around this place is stuart hartman who started as a janitor and was appted vice pres after he went to night schoool lol

He's a short little jerk with a chip on his shoulder

Anyway marla brown of prescott arizona continues as the southwest regional manager even after this incident. She continues to harrass managers and drive them insane till they quit or she fires them for some crazy reason.

The manager after my friend, marsha nelson finally quit after fighting for her job with marla brown and being injured on the job (sued them for that)

Their winslow arizna facilty had mulitple code violations when it was opened for some reason the east end of the building started to fall off the rest of it and was jury rigged with plywood in the attic to hold it together

The residents of the faclity were older and as such normal for there age 60-70 plus. As few of them were violent towards the manager but nothing was ever done.in fact a manager for this outfit has no chance, there always wrong no matter if they try to follow policy.
When the old regional maanger was there my buddy was made to work overtime but never paid for it. Being told to take time off instead. Of course they never got the time off or were accused of being gone when they did

Marla brown the new regional manager was writing discipline for stuff that the old regional manager telling my buddy if the place made him sick he should quit.

I would not recommend the winslow az facilty at all. A winslow dr told my friend that something was wrong with the building because so many of his patients from there were always sick
