Ripoff, unresponsive to emails and calls, spray painted my phone!

I was having internal problems with my razr v3 that was only three monthes old and i ended up tripping and falling and breaking my phone while trying to get it to stop recording memos. They approved me to fix my phone however thay only put it back together, and they didnt even do a good job at that because the piece they repaired is loose. And it took a month for me to get my phone back, literally 28 days!!! Not to mention that they also did not have silver covers left so they asked me if it would be okay to put a black one on. That was fine until i received my phone and noticed that they spray painted part of it black and put a few black parts on it! The paint chipped off almost completely immediately and the internal problems were never fixed. I tried for about a month and a half to get a hold of them. They blocked my email and would only respond back to about one out of every three phone calls, and when they did respond they would call me during the day even though i left a message telling them the times i would be available and the days i was off. Now im stuck with a phone that gets no reception and a warranty that means nothing.
