Ripoff a friendly heads up from an insider of the company

Absolute Reservation Center is the worst company I have ever worked for. I waisted many years at this company and never agreed with there policies. I want to tell the process in how they work. I really felt that I should let hard working families know what this company does with your money. Absolute reservation Center has a large amount of complaints from the bbb as well as from this actuall web page.

They also have had news reporters from very large procasting companys come into the office and try to get answers for the public as well. Ofcourse a manager from the company will log on this site every once in a while to try to come with some smart comment to say to people that say there a ripp off. There is no way no how that what they do is justified. The custoemr is pitches the package by fax or just by a automated call.

It states you have won a fabulous vacation for two to disney orlando and that there are only a limited amoutn left. The custoemr will pyurchase the package. First the price starts off only 99$ per person. That quiclkly turns into 315$. They add shipping taxes handling fees and then they record your purchase for " your protection." It is not used for your protection. It used against you when you try to get your money back after you realize you have been ripped off.

You recieve your package in the mail, it always has a shipping issue. The customer will mail in there forms as they are told to do to book. Next step we real you in. You have now sighned the "terms and conditions" that tell you not only do you not get your money back for the purchase of the package but you will not get a refund from the required amount you have to pay in order to have Absolute reservation center book you. Minimum amount another 108$. The customer will call numerous times before actually being able to speak to the person that is assighned to there file. Once speaking to this assighned coordinator you are told that you are staying in a "bbb" a bed bath and a bible.

Customer will tell the coordinator immedietly that that is not what they were told when they bought the package. The coordinator will argue with you tell you they are not the one that sold you the package. Funny thing//... Legally we are two differant companys the sales room then the fullfillment agency. But we are they tag team the customer. The sales rooms will change the name of there company every couple months to avoid being tracked down and sued. The back bone to the company in Whole sale Connection Company.

Money hungry people run it. Ya they ahve side projects as in buying cars at auctions or buying strip clubs in miami but there main income main " number" is the affiliation with these two companys.// So customer has realized they have been ripped off. They want to speak to a manager. Well that is anyone that isnt on a smoke break and has a free moment. You are never speaking to anyone in authority. You will be transfered on and on and then you will be told you sighned " the terms and conditions"nothing we can do for you and they will hang up. If this ever happen to you as a customer charge your card back immedietly.

This company hates dealing with there merchant account. If they get to many charge backs there merchant accoutn gets pulled. Now mind you they do have skilled sales people and sometimes they will upgrade a customer to a sweet for another 150$. When that happens a customer must fax or emial a invoice with (get this) your credit card holders name, shipping address, cvc code, exp date, and last but not least a signature and account number. Once they recieve this they deduct the money right away from your account but they dont shred your information. No, they scan it into your file and they have all your credit or banking information saved to your file. Where any employee can go into any file that has paid and easily jot down there information and even practice the signature. There is no safe gaurd for this, no security pass word, no hacker safe system jsut nothing. You just click on a button and there it is. Now correct if im wrong but isn't that illegal??? I would love to have the help from everyone that has gone through somthing like this and shut this place down.
