Ripoff unsupportive deceptive

UOP has accepted funds from Citibank to cover my last year of school for 2007. I was due to return to school May 20 to finish my last year of college to earn my BA in Business Management. UOP put me through h*l on learning that I did not have online access to print my college book for the class.

Michelle Eccles informed Danielle Meredith that I was unable to return to school until I paid the out of pocket balance of $2,657.75 in full to the college.

Danielle Meredith was willing to work out payment arrangements with me to pay on this balance over the rest of my courses till graduation due to my current circumstances of being unemployed. Besides being unemployed I no longer was able to commute back and forth to college twice a week so I changed my courses to be online instead of attending classes on campus.

I want to know how the college is able to accept funds which pay for the remainder of my college degree and drop me from attending the classes.

According to the last email that I have from Danielle the funds the college received would also take care of my tuition fees for the remainder of the classes. So instead of Michelle Eccles working with me to make payments since my tuition is paid for she decides to have me dropped. I have received papers from the Apollo Group stating they have been informed that there has been a change in my student status that I have dropped or graduated and I must fill out the papers and send them back to Apollo. I refuse to do so for I did not agree to the college dropping me and the college has had no correspondence with me except they have turned the information over to the collections department of the UOP. What can I do to fight this?

This is not the first time I have battled the UOP. I have battled them for applying a scholarship to a wrong account and I have battled them from dropping me out of an online course that I was in for 2 weeks and was dropped. The college could never explain that situation. I took that situation to a higher up and threaten to involve an attorney if they did not rectify the situation and pay for me to retake the class due to their mistake. The list goes on. I want to know what options I have to explore.
