Ripoff DISHONEST RUDE PRESUMPTIOUS poor customer service the business that doesn't give a dam

I just found out today that I have been charged a late fee 3 months out of the last 6 months. They also said that because I had a payment that was the 30 days late (it was mailed in plenty of time) that they have closed my account.
After reading all these usacomplaints.com, I have decided that I will not even fight this, I will pay my balance and never use this credit card company again. I don't even care if they closed my account.
I just talked to the rudest, most smart ass customer service rep on the phone at HRS. Because he was so rude I asked to speak to a supervisor. Believe it or not, he put me on the line with a supervisor who was just as bad as the first customer service rep. When I questioned why they closed my account since I had never been late before, she responded with "if you paid your bills on time then we wouldn't have closed the account."
How presumptious - this supervisor has no clue how I pay my bills and I was calling today to figure out why I had a late payment in the first place. Any way - they are so rude that I don't even want their account anymore.
