National Imaging Distributors ripoff NEED TO GET OWNERS TOGETHER TO SHARE INFORMATION

I am an owner of a NID photo kiosk. I bought and received delivery of my kiosk back in 2004 and only have one in service. I know there are many people that purchased a kiosk and never received delivery or a refund. I'm sorry for what you are dealing with and would support you in any way that I can. I also know there are many people that own kiosks that are now wondering what to do since NID is no longer in business and Sunrise Technical is no longer supporting these systems. We need to find a way to get in touch with each other and share thoughts and suggestions on how to proceed forward. We are on our own here. I've at least got a working system currently. I've been in business long enough and had enough service technical issues that I know a bit about the machine. I'm hoping there are others out there as well that can help pull something together for the group.
There is no owners manual available or anything that will help us with how the system works if there is a software problem in the future. I have several owners that I am in touch with and they have others that they are in touch with. I'm not sure how we can contact each other since this website will not allow any more information to be posted than first name and city.
I'm going to try to get Curtis who has previously posted to allow me to list his last name and with a 411 call you can use his name and city to find his contact phone number. If anyone else has other suggestions, please post them back to this site so we can begin to locate each other.
I hope that anyone considering buying or contacting NID for a franchise opportunity reads all these postings and changes their mind. Do not buy from nid!!
