Unauthorized membership charges after checking a 10% discount box

I was assured by parties at the 800 number for reservationrewards that my wife's account would be credited for all fake unauthorized charges, and they did do that. There is something wrong when the first thing that pops up on the phone answering system is "If you wish to cancel your account press 1 now."
We do admit to checking off the 10% discount on your next purchase at a major clothing (KingSize Direct) website, but we never authorized any charges for a worthless "membership" in a phony baloney whatever. We will never make that mistake again.
