Indian Government The government is not helping me get back my stolen assets

The Undersigned is a former retaired Chief Engineer of the Merchant Navy aged 61, from India.

Way back in 1987 i was in Singapore with my family, i completed a deal with Neptune Orient Lines - Singapore in the tune of Sing. $ 65,000/-.

I bought a car - Toyota Carina biege colour bearing registration no. EX 4299 T, a brand new Honda Unicorn 125 cc bike black colour, BMX cycle for my kids & furnitures.

Suddenly my Visa was not extended & i did not want to overstay either, leaving behind all my hardearned assets i had to leave the country without any notice on Sept. 27 1987.

Ever since this happened i tried to contact the Singapore Govt., Indian Govt. (including the Prime Minister's Office) & the Indian judiciary also, but all the efforts were futile.

The Singapore Govt.'s only reply was " we would like to help you, but we are unable to" with this small message their fax ended, signed by one Mr. Arivalagan - Singapore foriegn office.

I want my assets back or the equalent money, in the intervening 19 years i have become blind in one eye & partially in the other too, i want help from either of the Governments to come forward & help me get back my rightful assets or the equalent money.

I am awaiting my eye opertation, but without sufficient funds i cannot go forward with the surgery, more delays means i will lose my eye sight in the 2nd eye too.

It is real emergency, i want my money back at the very earliest, i have to go for operation in my eye.
