I won an auction (Item#335682964) on ebay of Staind/tormented cd, mailed out payment (check#861) as soon as i received notice (5/26/00) where to mail payment to he received payment on 5/28/00 and cashed the same day, now as of this day i have received no disc, and i all i get from him is the runaround, he is a dishonest trader, his name is Mark Schwaber. 47 tom ave. Easthampton Mass... His ebay id is mts45.. And i have filed a mail fraud with the usps and fbi. Also i have filed a fraud charge with ebay. To all you ebay traders, do not deal with this punk.
