Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing & unsatisfactory Services victimized many consumers

I was called by this company for subscription to the Magazines, It was a good deal when the telemarketing guy told me about it. I was promised that along with the Subscribe magazine i will be getting free Magazines also and a gift watch.

The company started debiting my bank account from very first month but i didn't received any magazine till the four months. When i received the magazine in the fourth month those were not which i subscribed for.

After repetative calls to the customer service of the company nothing has changed. I was not at all satisfied with the subscription and when try calling them to stop the subscription they told me that i can not do so. Because i am in a contract with them. This was never told to me that there will be any contract between me and them for subscribing the magazines.

They have debited my account by almost $300.00 and i have received only 10 magazines and that also unwanted and now they are not allowing me to stop the subscrption and threatning me that they will continue debiting my account.
