Ripoff, unauthorized use of debit card

I was checking my debit balance today when I spotted this purchase:

05-30 *debit authorization
at 04:20 twx*magazine order 800-773-3142 $ 18.00

On my bank account. I did not make this purchase and if I had I would have remembered doing it. I certainly know for sure because we were moving in into a new apartment as of yesterday.

I tried calling the number designated above and see if I can get an explanation for the unauthorized purchase.instead I had to talk/listen to an automated voice machine that starts asking for my phone number and BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER - I hung up the phone as soon as I heard that! I know for a fact that we SHOULD NOT GIVE OUT OUR CARD ACCOUNT NUMBER and hard earned money. Even though $18.00 is not a big amount of money, just consider if they are doing this to MILLIONS OF PEOPLE.

I have reported this to my bank and we will see from there. We should not give these PEOPLE as chance to get away from what they are doing to us - RIPPING US OFF!
